42nd and Jackson, Indio CA Assisted in the Preconstruction and managed the site and public work improvements on this 9.7 acre Retail site in Indio. Handled negotiations with IID electrical utility for major infrastructure installation and pole removals.
Retail Building, Washington at the 10 Freeway, Palm Desert CA. Provided Construction Management Services for a multi-tenant retail building at in Palm Desert. 12,700 sf
Catalina Building, Catalina and Elena, Redondo Beach CA. Managed Design Development and the shell construction of a high end retail building. 5500 sf.
Yogurtland Franchises, South Bay and San Francisco Bay Area CA Handled the Design Management, Permit Processing, and Construction Management of Yogurtland stores in Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Two stores in Torrance, San Pedro, Burlingame, and San Francisco.
Chase Bank Shell Construction, Rancho Palos Verdes CA Processed Permits and provided the Construction Management for a shell building. Construction included drilling more than 50 caissons into the cliff 65′ deep to stabilize the podium style construction with subterranean parking.
Wahoo’s Fish Tacos, Redondo Beach CA. Handled the Design Management, Permit Processing, and Construction Management of an inline Wahoo’s Restaurant.
Dunkin’ Donuts Stores, Orange County, Long Beach, and Roseville, CA. Handled all aspects of Project Pre-development, Entitlements, Design and Construction Management of four stores of the first stores in California. Also worked Predevelopment and assisted with Site Selection on other future stores.
Rite Aid Drugs Retail Center, Anaheim, CA. Handled all aspects of Project Pre-development, Entitlements, Design and Construction Management of the demolition and reconstruction of a retail center anchored by a Rite Aid Drugs. Also worked on Pre-development and assisted with site selection for other locations throughout Southern California.
Adaptive Reuse of the Bixby Knoll’s Ralph’s, Long Beach, CA. Provided Construction Management Services to Red Mountain Real Estate Group. Handled the division of the grocery space into seven individual spaces for the major tenants of Trader Joe’s, Pet Food Express, and Crunch Fitness. Working with P and R Architects, a 42′ facade was built to give a unique feel to each of the major tenant entrances. Project completed on time and within budget.
Ross Store Landlord Work, Stockton CA. Provided Project Management services to help design and upgrade the existing storefront and building with additional improvements to the signage, lighting, and truck dock/receiving area.
Fountain Valley Shoppes, Fountain Valley , CA. Provided Project Management services to help design and construct a ground up 9,600 sf retail building for multiple food use tenants. This infill project was challenged by existing parcel constraints and a unique City vision for the building. Coordinated with the future tenants of Chipotle, Habit Burger, Wingstop, and Blaze Pizza.
